The Freedom Therapist Content Method™

How to Create Content That’s Visible, Ethical & Gets You Fully Booked… in Less Than 5 Hours a Month
FOR THE THERAPIST WHO OPENS INSTAGRAM WITH SOMETHING REAL TO SAY... AND CLOSES IT AGAIN BECAUSE IT SUDDENLY FEELS TOO BIG, TOO LAYERED, OR TOO EASY TO GET WRONG.

Because it’s never just a post, is it?
It’s ethics. It’s energy. It’s all the invisible rules of being a therapist online.

Wednesday 12 November, 9:30am AWST.

I’m sharing the simple, sustainable process I use in my own practice (and teach inside The Freedom Therapist Club) to make content actually work — consistently.

So you can stop spending hours overthinking what to say, start showing your work with ease, and finally have a calm, repeatable way for new clients to find you without it taking over your week.

SAVE MY SEAT, MIA!

Ever feel like marketing your practice takes more energy than running it?

Most therapists aren’t inconsistent because they don’t care about showing up online.

They’re inconsistent because they care so deeply

And that care makes everything take longer.
You want your words to feel right - ethical, accurate, human.

But that care quickly turns into overthinking.

What should take twenty minutes becomes another internal tug-of-war between ethics, exhaustion and that quiet hope your words might actually make a difference.

You’re not trying to post for the sake of it. You want to share what’s real. The moments that remind you why you do this work.

But when you sit down to write, what felt clear in session suddenly feels messy… tangled in care, self-doubt and too many invisible rules.

Too much to say. Too easy to get wrong.

So you rewrite.
You hesitate.
You stop.

You tell yourself you’ll come back to it once things calm down but really, you’re just tired of giving so much to something that never seems to give back.

This workshop is where that cycle ends.
It’s for the therapist who still believes their work makes a difference and wants people to see that… without giving up their evenings, their energy or their integrity to do it.

By the end you’ll have a system that feels simple enough to stick with and strong enough to keep working in the background while you focus on your clients.

Because you still love this work.

You just need a way to let it be seen.. without it taking so much to get there.

Inside The Freedom Therapist Content Method™ you’ll learn:

  • The invisible reason your content feels like it’s taking forever and the one shift that makes it flow again (without being told to “just be more consistent”)
  • Why showing up online feels harder when you care deeply and how to finally share like yourself without second-guessing every sentence.
  • How to stop posting reactively and start building the kind of consistent visibility that brings in steady referrals, even when you’re deep in client work and reports
  • The structure that saves hours how to plan content that lasts all month without losing your weekends in Canva or rewriting the same caption ten times
  • What to do on the weeks when you’re exhausted so you can still show up without burning out or forcing it.
We’re doing this live on Wednesday November 12 at 9:30am AWST, over Zoom.

You’ll walk away with a way to share your work that actually fits inside a real therapist week with back-to-back clients, half-written NDIS reports and an inbox full of “quick questions.”

A way to show up on the weeks you’re busy but you still want to show up with integrity and make your work easier to find.

This isn’t about posting more.
It’s about finally having a rhythm that keeps your practice visible, without stealing your evenings, your energy or your love for the work. You’ll get clear on what to share, how often, and why it works for therapists,s o your words can do some quiet heavy lifting while you get on with being a clinician.

It’s a live, one-hour workshop built for therapists who care deeply and are done forcing it.
You’ll see real examples from real therapists and leave with tools you can use straight away, no marketing degree required.
And if you can’t make it live, you’ll get the replay delivered straight to your inbox.

I'LL BE THERE MIA!

Hi, I'm Mia.

A mental health occupational therapist, private practice owner and business mentor for therapists who want to build businesses that actually feel good to be inside of.

For almost eight years, I’ve run my private practice while working across some of the most remote parts of Australia with long drives, red dirt and a lot of time to think about how much this work asks of us.

In that time, I’ve watched the therapy world shift beneath our feet.

New regulations. NDIS reforms. Endless admin.

More noise, more voices, more pressure to keep up.
And somewhere in all of it, it’s become harder for good therapists to be found … even when their work is changing lives.
Not because they’ve lost their passion, but because the ground underneath them keeps moving.

That’s why I built this method. Not to turn therapists into marketers, but to give us a simple way to stay visible… without selling out what we stand for.

A way to use our words as connection.

Because when thoughtful, ethical therapists are the ones leading the conversation, the whole profession gets stronger.

The ground under private practice has shifted.

Referrals that once flowed have slowed.
The feed’s louder.

And while you’ve been holding clients, writing reports, chasing invoices — the conversation about therapy has kept moving. Without us.

Here’s what I keep seeing:

The therapists doing the most meaningful work are often the hardest to find.

Not because they don’t care.
Because they’re exhausted. Because the rules keep changing.
Because silence feels safer than saying the wrong thing.

But silence costs us.
It costs your next client the chance to find you.
It costs the public the chance to hear the truth about what therapy really is.

And it costs us the chance to shape where this profession is heading.

That’s why I made this.

One grounded hour to help you find your way back in — without burning out or turning into someone you’re not.

Because being invisible isn’t sustainable anymore, not for your business and not for the bigger story of care we’re all trying to tell.

Frequently Asked Questions

You already know what you do changes lives.

You see it in the moments that never make it to social media the quiet progress, the parents who finally exhale, the client who leaves a little lighter than they arrived.

You just want to find a way to share that without feeling like you have to perform it.

That’s what The Freedom Therapist Content Method™ is.

A way to turn the work you already love into something people can actually find.

Something steady. Something simple. Something that doesn’t cost you your weekends or your sense of self to keep going.

Because showing up online shouldn’t ask more of you than your actual work does.

And your words? They’ve always been enough.
